Yes, our reagents are designed not to react with head seals, which guarantees their safety during cleaning.

Unfortunately, yes. If a head arrives with a slightly damaged seal, the cleaning process can accelerate the leak. In such cases there is a risk the head won't survive. As the old saying goes: "The patient dies in hospital from wounds inflicted in battle."

It depends on the head's condition, ink quality, the amount of accumulated ink and the seals' state. Even if 100% cleanliness isn't reached, 85-90% improvement is often enough for continued use (especially in non-single-pass systems). The cleaning cost in such case is only from €179 to €220 depending on the model — about 1/20 of a new head's value.
– Solvent ceramic inks: we often achieve 100/100.
– UV inks: results around 85%.
– Water-based inks: harder to clean, results around 40%.

Sometimes the head can be unblocked within a few days, but in some cases the process can take several weeks.

We cover round-trip shipping if the parcel contains 3 or more heads (for Poland) or 6 or more heads (other EU countries).

After cleaning, heads are dried, packed in ESD film and finally placed in vacuum packaging to prevent air from getting in. We always return heads in the packaging they arrived in.

a) Empty the head of ink (DO NOT use syringes).
b) Disconnect all tubes and mounts that are not an integral part of the head.
c) For models with detachable cables (e.g. Ricoh Gen.5+/Gen.6), include the cable in the parcel. Protect with a dust-free cloth and the original nozzle plate cover.

– For new customers: after the process is complete, before the parcel is shipped back.
– For regular customers: payment terms by mutual agreement.
– The invoice value is determined based on the cleaning results.
