The rules under which we provide InkJet printhead cleaning and regeneration services — orders, shipping, payments and complaints.

§ 1
General provisions
These terms of service (the "Terms") set out the rules for the provision of piezoelectric printhead cleaning services by NCPRODUKT Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, with its registered office in Wrocław, ul. Księcia Witolda 49/15, 50-202 Wrocław, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the Polish National Court Register (KRS) kept by the District Court for Wrocław-Fabryczna, 6th Commercial Division of the KRS (Sąd Rejonowy dla Wrocławia-Fabrycznej, VI Wydział Gospodarczy KRS), under number 0000642425, Tax ID (NIP): 8842769544, REGON statistical no.: 365658946, share capital PLN 5,000.00, hereinafter referred to as "NCPRODUKT Sp. z o.o.".
The Terms apply to all Customers using the piezoelectric printhead cleaning services, hereinafter referred to as the "Service".
A Customer is any natural person, legal entity or organizational unit placing an order for the Service (the "Customer").
NCPRODUKT Sp. z o.o. acts as the exclusive representative in Poland of the Spanish company Personas & Tecnología S.L. (People & Technology). The Service is provided exclusively using equipment, technology, know-how and chemicals developed and patented by Personas & Tecnología S.L.. At the same time, NCPRODUKT Sp. z o.o. is an independent business entity and pursues its own commercial policy, including pricing policy.
§ 2
Scope of services
The Service covers professional cleaning of piezoelectric printheads used in industrial printing systems.
The cleaning process includes:
preliminary diagnostics – visual inspection of the external condition of the printhead (including the nozzle plate), verification of the serial number and performance of the IN test on the InkTester® laboratory digital printer, representing the condition of the printhead at the time of delivery;
preliminary stage (parking) – carried out using the Cribheads® device, which protects the printhead from ink drying out;
main cleaning – using the patented Cleanjector® system and Personas & Tecnología chemicals, assisted by ultrasound;
drying and stabilization of the printhead under controlled conditions;
final diagnostics – the OUT test on InkTester®, performed under conditions corresponding to production operation (temperature, pressures, voltages), using KAO Chemigraf FAF LED ink.
The IN and OUT tests are performed on high-quality paper. The originals are returned in the parcel with the printheads, and copies are sent electronically.
Each test contains the serial number of the printhead and the date and time of its execution.
§ 3
Receipt and return of printheads
Printheads are delivered to NCPRODUKT Sp. z o.o. exclusively via a courier company, in packaging ensuring safe transport. The Customer is responsible for the proper preparation of the shipment.
Transport within Poland – round-trip costs are covered by NCPRODUKT Sp. z o.o. for a minimum of 3 printheads.
Transport within the EU – round-trip costs are covered by NCPRODUKT Sp. z o.o. for a minimum of 5 printheads.
Transport to the laboratory in Spain – always borne entirely by the Customer.
After cleaning, the printhead is returned in the same packaging if it ensures safety. Otherwise, NCPRODUKT Sp. z o.o. uses additional packaging materials, the cost of which is added to the invoice.
Each printhead is packed in antistatic (ESD) film, additionally in vacuum film and cushioning materials.
The Customer must enclose with the shipment: a description of the printheads (type of ink, serial numbers), sender details, and Tax ID (NIP) (mandatory for issuing an invoice).
Printheads must be delivered without additional tubing, filters and connectors. If non-integral components need to be removed, NCPRODUKT Sp. z o.o. may charge additional fees.
In some cases, it may be necessary to include the signal cable – to be verified before shipment.
The Customer should empty the printhead of ink residues, protect the nozzle plate against drying and damage, and apply antistatic (ESD) protection.
§ 4
Lead time
The lead time includes: delivery, waiting for a slot in the cleaning machine (processes are carried out separately for each printhead type), and the process itself.
The process normally takes several days; however, depending on the condition of the printhead and slot availability, it may take up to 5–6 weeks.
Information on lead times is indicative only.
If the Customer cancels after the process has started, NCPRODUKT Sp. z o.o. is entitled to issue an invoice proportional to the progress of the work and the technological and chemical costs incurred.
§ 5
Liability and warranties
NCPRODUKT Sp. z o.o. is responsible for carrying out the process correctly in accordance with its procedures.
The company is not liable for hidden defects of the printhead, natural wear and tear, prior damage or the inability to fully restore functionality resulting from its technical condition.
The process does not include mechanical intervention – only chemical and technological procedures are used.
Confirmation of effectiveness is the OUT test on InkTester®. The result of this test is the sole basis for assessing the effects of cleaning.
NCPRODUKT Sp. z o.o. is not liable for transport damage – responsibility for proper protection of the printhead lies with the Customer.
The company's liability ends at the moment the shipment is handed over to the carrier.
§ 6
Payments
The amount of fees depends on the printhead model and is communicated to the Customer before the process begins.
There are two rates:
full fee – when the OUT test confirms 100% nozzle patency,
service fee – when, despite the process being carried out, the printhead does not regain full functionality.
All amounts are net prices + VAT.
Standard: payment before shipment – the invoice is issued upon completion of the process; shipment takes place after the funds have been credited.
Deferred payment terms are available only for Customers individually approved by the management board.
§ 7
Complaints
Complaints relate exclusively to the manner in which the process was carried out, and not to the effects of the printhead's operation in the Customer's device.
Complaints must be submitted in writing within 7 days of receipt of the shipment.
A description of the objections, the serial number of the printhead and copies of the IN and OUT tests must be attached to the report.
Complaints are considered within 14 working days.
If a complaint is upheld, the cleaning process will be carried out again free of charge, provided that the technical condition of the printhead allows it.
A positive OUT test constitutes confirmation of effective cleaning. Customer objections that DO NOT RESULT from technological shortcomings (e.g. issues in the Customer's ink system) do not constitute grounds for claims or refusal of payment.
§ 8
Final provisions
In matters not regulated herein, Polish law shall apply.
Disputes will be settled by the court having jurisdiction over the registered office of NCPRODUKT Sp. z o.o..
The Terms are effective as of 27 August 2025.
Handing over a printhead for cleaning constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.
