The controller of your personal data is NCProdukt, with its registered office in Wrocław, Księcia Witolda 49/15, 50-202 Wrocław, Poland.

For matters related to the processing of personal data, you can contact us at marcin.klatka@ncprodukt.pl or by phone at +48 570 560 460.

  2. § 02

    Scope of data collected

We process the data you voluntarily provide to us — in particular when placing an order, contacting us by e-mail or telephone, or using forms on our website.

The scope of processed data includes:

    • first and last name or company name,
    • e-mail address and telephone number,
    • shipping and billing address,
    • Tax ID (NIP) — in the case of businesses,
    • technical information regarding the printheads submitted.

In addition, when you use our website, technical data is collected automatically (IP address, browser type, operating system, time of visit).

  3. § 03

Purposes and legal bases of processing

We process your data for the following purposes:

    • performance of a service contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR),
    • compliance with legal obligations, including tax and accounting obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR),
    • the legitimate interests of the Controller, such as customer contact, pursuing claims, and defence against claims (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR),
    • responding to enquiries submitted via the contact form or e-mail (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  4. § 04

    Data retention period

Data related to the performance of contracts is stored for the period necessary to perform them, and subsequently for the period required by law — in particular tax law (5 years from the end of the calendar year in which the tax obligation arose).

Data processed on the basis of legitimate interest is stored until an effective objection is raised or the purpose of processing ceases.

  5. § 05

    Data recipients

Your data may be transferred to:

    • entities providing accounting, legal, and IT services,
    • courier and postal companies — for the purpose of shipping,
    • hosting and e-mail service providers,
    • authorised state authorities pursuant to applicable regulations.

We do not transfer your data to countries outside the European Economic Area, unless the service provider guarantees an appropriate level of data protection compliant with the GDPR.

  6. § 06

    Your rights

In connection with the processing of your personal data, you have the following rights:

    • the right of access to your data and to obtain a copy of it,
    • the right to rectification (correction) of data,
    • the right to erasure ("the right to be forgotten"),
    • the right to restriction of processing,
    • the right to data portability,
    • the right to object to processing,
    • the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).

To exercise the above rights, please contact us at marcin.klatka@ncprodukt.pl.

  7. § 07

    Cookies

Our website uses cookies — small text files saved on the user's device.

We use cookies for the following purposes:

    • ensuring the proper functioning of the website,
    • analysing website traffic and improving its performance (Vercel Analytics).

You can manage cookies at any time through your browser settings — including blocking or deleting them. Restricting cookies may affect the functionality of the website.

  8. § 08

    Voluntary provision of data

Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to conclude and perform the service contract, issue an invoice, and respond to enquiries.

Failure to provide the required data will prevent the above purposes from being fulfilled.

  9. § 09

We reserve the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy. The current version is always available at ncprodukt.pl/en/privacy-policy.

We will inform you of significant changes via our website or by e-mail, if we have your e-mail address.
