Assessment of the QUADRO printhead's technical condition, nozzle and chamber patency, and reference tests prior to cleaning.

Process selection
The method — ultrasonic, chemical, flushing, pressure or combined — is matched to the ink type and the nature of the contamination.

Cleaning and regeneration
A controlled process with continuous parameter monitoring. Safe medium and temperature selected for this specific printhead.

Test and report
Performance test after regeneration, documentation of changes (before/after) and a written service report included with the returned printhead.
