How we regenerate Seiko RC1536

    Diagnostics

    Assessment of the RC1536 printhead's technical condition, nozzle and chamber patency, and reference tests prior to cleaning.

    Process selection

    The method — ultrasonic, chemical, flushing, pressure or combined — is matched to the ink type and the nature of the contamination.

  3. 03

    Cleaning and regeneration

    A controlled process with continuous parameter monitoring. Safe medium and temperature selected for this specific printhead.

  4. 04

    Test and report

    Performance test after regeneration, documentation of changes (before/after) and a written service report included with the returned printhead.
